この器「Alba SAKURA」は、日本の沖縄県名護市で一番早く咲く桜である『緋寒桜』（ヒカンザクラ）からインスピレーションを得て作られた作品です。

器の柔らかな深い桜色は、沖縄名護市に咲く緋寒桜の花びらをじっくりとさせて、春の訪れとともに感じられる清らかさを眺めています。

器の下部に施された穏やかな金色の彩りは、大地と根を張りながらも、儚く散る桜の短い命とAlba『暁』夜明けをイメージ。

This piece, Alba SAKURA, is inspired by the Hikan-zakura (Prunus campanulata), the earliest-blooming cherry blossom found in Nago City, Okinawa.

The vessel’s soft yet profound cherry hue evokes the delicate petals of the Hikan-zakura, a quiet reminder of the purity and promise of spring.
